At CleanXtreme we offer a professional cleaning & janitorial services to all commercial premises at excellent prices. Presenting a clean business environment is paramount to impressing clients and customers and improving morale among your employees.

Whether your company requires daily cleaning services for your building, or a weekly or monthly service, we will customize a cleaning programme specifically geared for your business at short term or long term contracts.

Domestic cleaning

We provide a friendly, professional & personalised domestic cleaning service at convenient times to each client. We guarantee that every inch of your property will be left cleaned, polished, sanitized and germ free. We will discuss your cleaning requirements with you before we clean. Our domestic cleaning service costs £13.00 per hour.

This service includes:

• Ironing/laundry and bed making.
• All cleaning chemicals & equipment (If you prefer we can also use your own).

Eco-friendly cleaning is also available upon request!

Carpet/upholstery

Our small team will firstly come to your property and give you a free quotation at an excellent price. Our carpet technicians are fully trained, qualified and insured. We offer you a high quality deep clean using our hot water cleaning extractor. All our work is 100% guaranteed and great value for money. The drying time for all carpets cleaned is 3-4 hours. Upholstery will have a longer drying time.

Rug cleaning

Prices start from £15 upwards per rug. Rugs are beautiful pieces of fine art. They deserve to be looked after regularly in order to keep their beauty for as long as possible. Regular rug cleaning is a must! At CleanXtreme before we start the cleaning process we test for every single colour of the rug to see if they bleed. There are many other problem areas we look at which include:

• The condition on the front and back of the rug
• Dye migration
• Previous spots & spillages, pet stains
• Poor quality damage

Internal window cleaning

Our Internal window cleaning service is carried out quickly and efficiently with minimum disturbance to the occupants of the property. We will ensure that you can see clearly once more! Traditional methods are used for this service which includes:

• Wash windows
• Clean frames & sills
• Remove cobwebs

Ironing/laundry services

CleanXtreme now has an Ironing/laundry service to match your needs. Whether it's a well-deserved clean for your duvet, a pile of ironing or just a few shirts. Let us do it for you in the comfort of your own home. We will put a load on while we iron. This service is a minimum of 3 hrs per visit available weekly, fortnightly or monthly (also as a one off service). This service is charged at £13 per hour.

Please Note: We require you to provide the iron, board and washing facilities.

After-builders cleaning

At CleanXtreme we know how stressful it can be having builders in. So why not ease that stress by having us come and professionally clean from top to toe for you. We will also clean your carpets! The small team will work around the tradesmen to finish the job on time to meet your deadline and with the highest possible standard. We will give you a free quotation.

Move in/move out cleaning

All landlords,Tenants, Building property managers and their clients are all welcome. We are specialized in the end-of-lease, move in-move out cleaning. We have a well-trained inspection crew making sure you get the best service. We have 100% success rate on cleaning inspections made by landlords, agents and property managers. We will give you a free quotation.

Spring cleaning

We all know that Spring cleaning is necessary once or twice per year and our spring cleaning service will make your home sparkle and enhance the atmosphere in your home. Whether it's to help sell or rent your property, or for your own peace of mind, our spring cleaning service is guaranteed to leave your home looking, feeling and smelling fresh and new. We will give you a free quotation.

One off cleaning

Our one off cleaning service is suitable for all clients who do not need a cleaner on a regular basis. We will analyse your needs from within and will provide you with a fully customized quotation, individually prepared to suit your needs and specifications. We can even clean your carpets and upholstery.
